Adam's favorite cooking show is "Mexico, One Plate at a Time" on PBS, hosted by Rick Bayless. Rick just happens to own a restaurant in Chicago that was voted the third best casual dining restaurant in the world! I didn't say in Chicago, I said the world!! Anyway, he asked to go for his birthday so we did :) Rick even sat down for dinner with his wife at the table next to us while we were dining, how cool is that? Mmmmm... they had the best Margaritas ever!
